The Hunger Games
A couple of dogs and a cat appear briefly but the only animals that die are small wild animals that are killed for food (like a bird and a lizard).
The Hunger Games: Catching Fire
Buttercup, the Everdeens' cat, is seen in several scenes and does not die. A few wild animals die, including a rabbit (already dead when we see it), a jabberjay bird (shot with an arrow), and a number of murderous CGI baboons.
Early in the film, a deer is shot and killed. The main character's dog Fanny is killed and delivered wrapped up to her master (Lucas). We don't see what is wrapped up when Lucas first looks but we can guess. However, his son fights to see what it is and then we see it is Fanny. When Lucas is burying his dog, we see several shots of her lying dead on the ground.
A dead wallaby's innards are removed and eaten by Tasmanian devils. A Tasmanian tiger is shot and cremated. There are several shots of other dead animals as well.
A cat is fed part of a sandwich believed to contain poison but is not hurt because the poison was fake.
The Inbetweeners 2
A dolphin is fed food meant for humans and dies. A couple of obviously fake koalas are punched and kicked during a fantasy sequence. A dog licks a man's testicles but is otherwise unharmed.
The Incredible Burt Wonderstone
As part of a magic trick, a man appears to crush a puppy and it disappears. It is revealed that the puppy was not crushed, but hidden inside another man's pants and it is removed unharmed. A rabbit is given to a hungry child who pulls out a knife, implying that the rabbit might be eaten (but we don't see that). We are told that a live dove had been partially deboned for a trick - it flies into a window and flaps around like it is hurt.
The Incredible Hulk
A dog is shot with a tranquilizer gun. It's assumed he recovers but he is not seen again.
The Incredible Shrinking Man
Butch the cat has a prominent role in the film. Though he is swiped at with a very tiny knife and a lamp is knocked down near him, he doesn't come to any harm. A spider and a bird also appear; the spider is stabbed with a pin and killed.
The puppy survives unharmed. A tiger that is about to kill one of the main characters is hit with a flying projectile and dies.
A dead dog is seen when it falls out of a trash can and the death of another dog is described. A dog is hurt (but not killed) when it tries to attack a boy.
The Jackie Robinson Story
A black cat is used to taunt Jackie during a baseball game. Jackie rescues the cat and cares for it.
A dead snapping turtle appears as a dot in a photograph. Aside from the dot, the turtle is only mentioned and never really seen dead or alive so we aren't counting it as a death.
The Kids Are All Right
A kid tries to pee on a dog but another kid smacks the dog (not harming it) so that it runs away and avoids getting peed on.
The Last Emperor
A pet mouse is flung against a wall, smashing it to death (this refers to the extended edition of the film; in the original edition, the mouse is thrown but it is not seen hitting the wall).
