The dog does not die because it is not real. It is a hologram.

A Belgian Malinois dog is infected with a rabies-like illness and is killed with a sledgehammer. The Papillon named Martini runs away and is not seen again (most likely it was killed by the infected). There is mention of another infected dog, Max, but we do not see him.
Gary Busey crashes his car to avoid hitting a dog, then is turned in to one in the afterlife. No dogs die or are harmed in the film.
Race with the Devil
Ginger the dog is killed offscreen and is found hanging from the trailer door. The body of another dead dog is seen hanging from a tree. (Rattlesnakes are killed.)
A dog is beaten and injured but does not die.
Raiders of the Lost Ark
A capuchin monkey that the main characters treat as a pet is killed when it eats poisoned dates. Reggie the pet Burmese python is not harmed but a number of venomous wild snakes are set on fire. A cat appears briefly in one scene, running away from Indy.
A dog is killed when it runs into an electric fence - we see its comically fake smoking corpse. A cow (also comically fake-looking) gets tangled in a rope hanging from a hot air balloon and flies through the air by one hoof until she ultimately ends up in an off-screen car crash.
Several horses are hacked to death by a madman.
A cat, Rufus, dies and is brought back to life. He attacks a person, is thrown against a wall and dies again. He is brought back to life a second time and suffers horribly since his back was broken when he was thrown against the wall.

A pet does not die in this movie. It talks about a dog taken to the vet but you never see the dog or hear from it. It doesn't even mention that the dog dies. However the American remake "Quarantine" you do see this.
The main character's dog, Red, is shot and killed. Later the dog's decaying corpse is seen after it has been dug up. (Note that this is not the 2010 film named Red, which about retired spies.)
Some men try to put down the dog of the title because it is sick but they can't bring themselves to do it. At the end of the film, the dog dies on its own. For cat lovers, there is a cat in the film (Red Cat) who fights with the dog but they eventually become friends.

Horse dies by being struck by lightening. Scene isn't sad.
Later in the movie Blue (the dog) is abandoned by a boy (the owner) and wonders away. It is later picked up by a car, thus starting the original movie.
It is mentioned that a cat and a dog were killed but we're not counting it as they died before the movie began and we never see either alive or dead, except for a few brief shots of the dog seen when someone watches old home video footage. A live but sedated tiger is seen.
When Angel is introduced she tells us that she recently earned money for killing an annoying pet dog (an akita). We later get to know its owner. Most shocking is how light hearted and even somewhat amused the main characters react.
