It is mentioned that a cat and possibly a dog* were killed, but we're not counting it as they died before the movie began and we never see either alive or dead, except for a few brief shots of them when someone watches old home video footage. A live but sedated tiger is seen. (*At one point, someone says that the dog is at the vet because of a puncture wound; the wording makes it sound like the dog could still be alive.)
A cat's eye is ripped out (it looks obviously fake) and eaten by a disturbed man. The cat is later concreted into the wall along with a corpse, but is later discovered and gets out.

Me and You and Everyone We Know
A goldfish in a plastic bag is left on the roof of a car that drives away; eventually the bag falls off and the fish (off camera) dies.
Meet the Fockers
A cat is humped by a dog and a dog is flushed in an RV toilet by a cat. They are both fine.
Meet the Parents
A cat named Jinx is dropped from a roof but lands on its feet, unharmed. It runs away but is later found. While it is missing a stray cat is spray-painted to resemble Jinx. It is unharmed as well.
